Our Policy

We offer a 7-day refund from the date of purchase for first-time subscribers who are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, email contact@gymerapro.com within 7 days of your purchase with your payment ID.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase
• Repeat subscriptions or renewals
• Subscriptions purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play (these are handled by Apple/Google directly)

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
